We handle probate matters in Probate Court on a regular basis. For example, the firm is able to help individuals who need to probate a Will or to undertake an heirship proceeding. This practice area is best suited for a flat fee, and we are currently quoting $1,500 for a routine probate and $2,750.00 for a routine heirship proceeding (excluding costs).
